Coach DeCasperis stands out among many private coaches over the years because of his comprehensive approach and attention to details. There are a lot of coaches who can feed pucks and send players through cones, but Coach D goes so many steps further with players’ best interests in mind. Prior to the first session, we were presented with a development plan based on our sons natural strengths and weaknesses. From that day on, Coach D was dedicated and communicative with respect to that plan. Our son thoroughly enjoys working with him, and he appreciates the relationship itself. To quoute our son: “He’s great. He absolutely loves Hockey… Captial H. We work on the ice, off the ice, we talk about hockey, and Decap always wants to be there.”
